Otolaryngologist (ENT) Physician Needed in Minot, North Dakota

Job description

· Patient population/age: all ages; they are heavy in peds right now
· Department Description: Otolaryngology
· EMR: Cerner
· Special procedures: bread and butter ENT; ear, larynx, nasal/sinus, throat, peds (ear tubes, tonsillectomy, etc) procedures
· Skills required: bread and butter ENT
Practice Setting:
· Hospital - they will be in the clinic located at the hospital 3 days per week and in OR 2 days per week
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· State license required: No but must have IMLC for licensure
· DEA: Yes
· CSR: Yes
· Certifications required: BLS
· Minimum experience required: prefer 10+ years' experience is highly preferred; no new grads
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days but could be quicker
Willing To License?: YES - IMLC
