What is the reason for the coverage? Gap coverage
What is the facility setting? Hospital/Clinic
What is the scope of work required? General ENT,
hoping for :
Steroid injections for laryngeal stenosis
Botox injections for spasmodic dysphonia
Prolaryn (injectable implant) for paralyzed vocal cords
Laser ablation of papillomatous lesions

What is the desired schedule of provider? Clinic, call coverage, and procedures – Facial Trauma call. Looking for full-time, 4 days a week. Clinic hours are 8 am-5 pm.
Number of patients per day / per hour? 20 +\- a day
Who are the support staff available? RN, PCT, APC, Front Office support
