Job description

We are seeking a full-time ENT locums provider for an opportunity in Ephrata, PA, offering a consistent daytime schedule.

Start date: ASAP
4+ month contract
Schedule: 8a-4:30pm (30 minute lunch), OT 7:30am – 3:30or 4pm, 5 OR days per month, 7 clinic days per month
Average patient volume of 26-27 clinic, 6 OR per day
EMR: Epic
Board Certified or Board Eligible required
DEA and ACLS required
1+ year experience required
