Compensation package
Base salary of $460,000 + production
$40,0000 sign-on
Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision

Facility details
Join a team of 2 Otolaryngology Physicians, 1 Allergy/Immunology Physician, 1 APP, and 1 Audiologist
Call 1:3 with incoming beeper call
Mostly outpatient with 1-2 days in the OR
Clinic has an onsite CT scanner
Clinic is open Monday - Thursday 8a-5pm, and closes at noon on Fridays
Independent model with either a hospital-employed position or private practice opportunity

Responsibilities
Treat patients of all ages (more pediatric surgery patients, ages 2+; healthy peds)
Qualifications and skills
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care
