Orthopedic Physician needed in Wewoka, OK!

Contract Length: 6 mon- 1 year contract
Schedule:
The contractor shall provide from 1 to 5 eight (8) hour clinic(s) per month (with a minimum of 20 (8 hr) clinics per year). Preferred days to chose from: Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
Hours of Orthopedic clinics shall be 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
The contractor shall provide a toll-free telephone number for service calls, which must be answered during at least eight working hours, between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.


Case/Procedure Experience:
-Joint injections (knee, shoulder, hand, etc.)
-Fluid aspiration of joints
-Casting
-General examinations, diagnosis, and treatment plans with recommendations for all patients seen.
-An 8-hour clinic on a weekly basis or at least four times a month.
-Full utilization of the RPMS Electronic Health Record (EHR) and notification systems to communicate with the nursing and medical providers at the Wewoka Service Unit. The notification system is set up to provide a continuity of care for the patients.
-Appropriate documentation of services, education and treatment of patients in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
-Provide consultative reports at the time of examinations in the EHR.
-Responsible for actions necessary for Joint Commission standard compliance and administrative policies as directed.
