Orthopedic Surgery - NE Ohio

Hospital is currently recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible orthopaedic surgeon for the purpose of providing services to patients in our primary and secondary markets. Our recruitment package would contain the following compensation and benefits:

Compensation Model

85% of Total Salary- Year 2
Based on 75% of 3rd Year Target

Based on practice performance

Disability Insurance: $6,000 per year for Documented Expenses
Malpractice/Liability Insurance: Covered by the Practice/Tail Prorated Based on Length of Service
Dues/Membership/Education Costs: $5,000 per Contract Year for Documented Expenses
Pension Plan: 401(k) with a 2.5% Match up to IRS Cap
Personal Leave: 6 weeks Paid Time Off for Vacation/Sick/CME/Holidays
Sign On Bonus: Available with Community Commitment
Relocation: $7,500 Allowance
