Contract Length: 3-6 months with the option to extend

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call

Schedule: Provider will be expected to help with clinic and call in this position. Call will be 8-9 times a month from 5pm-7pm and will be just talking clinic calls that come in. Monday assisting in Surgery and then Tuesday- Friday in clinic. This is a full time need so preferably looking for a provider with full time availability or close to

Patients per shift: 16-20

EMR: Epic

Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient

Level IV Trauma Center

License required: Active OR License, clean file for Dec start

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
