Job description

• Start Date: 12-01-2024
• End Date: Ongoing
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
• Schedule: Provider will be expected to help with clinic and call in this position.
o Call will be 8-9 times a month from 5pm- 7pm and will be just talking clinic calls that come in.
o Monday assisting in Surgery and then Tuesday- Friday in clinic.

• Work Details:
o Patients per shift: 16-20
o Practice setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
o EPIC EMR
