CRNA Locum Opportunity – Kentucky

Job description

Position Details:
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Length: 6 months (26 weeks)
• Schedule: Full-time | 4x10s (M-T or T-F) | 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
o Alternative shifts considered: 8s, 10s, 12s, and 13s (No 16s or 24s)
o No weekends, no call

Work Details:
• Practice Setting: Level 1 Trauma Hospital
• Support Staff: CRNAs, Anesthesia Techs, Anesthesiologists
o CRNAs are medically directed (Typical ratios: 1:2 or 1:3; can go up to 1:4 for low acuity cases)
o Attending typically supervises a resident in another room, focusing on teaching
• Case Types: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Cardiac or OB)
• Patients per Day: Varies (1-9)
• Patient Population: All ages (No Neonates)
• EMR: EPIC

Required Skills & Procedures:
• Required: Intubation, Central Line, Arterial Line, Line Placement
• Not Required: Blocks, OB

Requirements:
• Board Certification: NBCRNA required
• State License: Kentucky (KY) license required (Open to licensing)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year required (No new grads)
• Certifications: Required – ACLS, BLS, PALS

Credentialing: 90 day
