Requirements:
Board Certification
Active TX state license
DEA Certification

BLS and CPR certification *preferred*

Experience: Prior experience in primary or urgent care preferred, though not required
Credentialing: Quick credentialing process (1-2 weeks)

Facility & Work Environment:
Practice Setting: Private on-site clinic catering to approximately 138 factory employees.

Schedule:
**Immediate Start - Mid February Assignment**
