Occupational Medicine NP needed in Noblesville, IN (Maternity Leave Coverage)

Ideal Start Date: 10/16/2024
Schedule: 5, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 - 16:30
Shift Details: Coverage needed from Mid October through January 2025 for maternity leave
Monday - Friday 8 AM-4:30 PM
30-minute lunch at 12:30-1:00 pm
Support staff: 1 APP, 2 MAs, 1 Radiology Tech
Length: Coverage needed from Mid-October through the first of the year (2025)
Pay Range:$80.00/hr to $90.00/hr

Work Details: DOT physicians, pre-employment physicals for a variety of jobs and clients, Injury care (initial/follow-up/referral)
- Facility Type: Employee Health Clinic
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- EMR/Charting Software: SYSTOC & EPIC ** REQUIRED TO BE FAMILIAR WITH EMR**
- Avg. Daily Census: 15 patients per day
- Patient Age Group: Ages 16+
- Procedures: laceration care (suture/staple/adhesive), splinting/fracture care, FB removal of the eye, eye fluorescein staining, and evaluation/treatment of ocular injuries/emergencies.

Requirements: Must have 1 year+ experience in ER/Urgent Care setting with SYSTOC EMR

- Certifications: DOT (preferred)
