Occupational Medicine NP Needed in Illinois

Job description

• Length of contract: 3 months
• Start date: ASAP
• Coverage Type: scheduled hours
• Schedule Details: 4 days - 8 hours. No weekends or call requirements. We are closed for all major holidays. 6:00 am - 3:00 pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch
Work Details:
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• EMR/Charting Software: healthie
• Patient Age Group: Adult
• Procedures: The provider will be focusing on wellness visits, physicals, prescribing, and tending to urgent care cases. Clean cases only- no dismissals
Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Required
• State License(s): IL
• Certifications: BLS and CPR certification preferred. won’t need to be DOT-certified
• DEA Req’d?: yes
• Years of Experience Req’d: 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 weeks. Quick/low maintenance credentialing process.
