Overview:
·Specialty: Occupational Medicine
·Location: Arizona
·Start Date: ASAP
·Contract Length: 3+ Months
• Schedule: M-F 8 hour shifts

• Setting: Clinic
• Department Description:
• Common occupational musculoskeletal injuries of the neck, back, and upper and lower extremities.
• Work-related injuries to the head with or without loss of consciousness, assuming the individual is currently conscious and alert.
• Work-related injuries to the chest or abdomen, with the possibility of hernias.
• Work-related lacerations of the face, scalp, and extremities. Work-related eye injuries, including foreign bodies to the eye, non-penetrating eye injuries, and chemical exposures.
• Work-related rashes and other occupational skin conditions.
• Occupational asthma and other work-related respiratory symptoms.
• Treatment of non-displaced uncomplicated fractures, including interpreting radiographs, splinting, and orthopedic referral when appropriate.
• EMR: EPIC
• PPD: 20-25

Requirements:
Active AZ License

Credentialing timeframe: 3-4 weeks
