Occupational Therapist needed in St Louis, MO

Job description

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a team of dedicated PT’s, OT’s and SLP’s that pride themselves in providing quality pediatric therapy to the children of Southeast Missouri. Our facility has state-of-the-art equipment and we have a prominent reputation in the community. We recently expanded by 7,000 square feet to double our treatment space and include a Clinical Gait & Motion Analysis Lab.

Function: Evaluate, establish, implement & re-assess Individualized Physical Therapy programs for children.

Job Description:

Screen and evaluate children using standardized test, clinical observations and caregiver inquires.
Establish & implement individualized treatment program including child’s history, strength, weaknesses therapeutic interventions & goals.
Reassess child’s performance on an ongoing basis and adjust treatment program accordingly.
Consult and educate caregivers to enhance the implementation of the treatment program.
Participate as an active member within a multi-disciplinary team.
Provide accurate and timely documentation (daily, monthly & annual evaluation & discharged summary).
Participate in on-going continuing education to further enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree and a Missouri License
