Physician - Obstetrics and Gynecology

Job Details:

• Provide in-house call coverage for OBGYN services on an ongoing basis starting January 2027
• 12-hour in-house call shifts with varying shift times: Monday-Thursday 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am, Friday-Saturday 7pm-8am, Sunday-Monday 8pm-7am
• 14-21 shifts required per month with approximately 7 patient encounters per shift
• Active Washington State license or IMLC required; DEA required
• Board certification (BC only) required
• BLS certification required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days
• Manage low and high risk pregnancies
• Perform FHR interpretation including NST/CST/FSE
• Perform Level I/Screening (viability) OB ultrasounds
• Conduct routine deliveries including vaginal and low forceps
• Decision-making for cesarean sections required
• Manage complicated deliveries including C-sections, breech, multiple births, abruptions, and VBACs
• Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations required
• Long-term housing pre-approval required; budget up to $3,600 per month
