Facility:
This 111-bed hospital is part of a diversified healthcare delivery network and features a state-of-the-art Birth Center designed for clinical excellence and compassionate patient care. The facility includes 6 LDRP rooms, 11 dedicated postpartum rooms, two dedicated cesarean section ORs, and a fully staffed Level II NICU for specialized neonatal care.

Job Details:
• Join a full scope practice with 2 other OB/GYNs and comprehensive support staff
• Clinic schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
• Daily hospital rounding for 30-60 minutes for Labor & Delivery and postpartum patients
• Call rotation currently 1:3 or better with approximately 7 call days per month
• 75% likelihood of being called in during call shifts
• Handle approximately 68 deliveries per month
• Must be comfortable with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, hysterectomies, and GYN surgery
• TOLAC/VBAC experience required
• Access to robotics technology, ultrasound, NST monitoring, and fetal dopplers
• Work with EMR systems: Athena (clinic) and Paragon (hospital)
• Collaborate with cross-trained nursing staff practicing couplet care for coordinated mother-baby care
• Practice in spacious, private birth suites designed for family-centered care
