++OBGYN Needed in Utah for 24 Hour Call Coverage++

Job description

We are working with a hospital just outside of Salt Lake City that is needing an OBGYN for call coverage:

Specialty: OBGYN
Dates: ASAP - ongoing
Setting: Hospital
Schedule: 8-10 shifts/month...7a-7a
Call: 24 hr pager call
Pay: $2000/24hr call and $250/hr after 4 hours of gratis
Patient Volume: 0-1 calls per 24 hr
Procedures: bread and butter OBGYN cases (deliveries required)
Certifications: BC OBGYN or TBE OBGYN, UT license or IMLC LOQ, DEA, BLS, PALS
Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
EMR: Epic
