Position Details
24-hour in-house shifts: 7a–7a
Only 4–6 shifts/month
No office call responsibilities
CNMs take first call
Approximately 1,300–1,500 births annually
Evaluate and treat patients in the OB Emergency Department
Manage unassigned OB/GYN patients
Vaginal deliveries & C-sections
Fetal monitoring and management of evolving labor
Emergency OB procedures
ED and inpatient consults for pregnancy-related and gynecologic concerns
Postpartum evaluations
Dedicated antepartum area for high-risk pregnancies
Level III NICU – 20 beds
Two dedicated C-section suites
Strong support including in-house Neonatology, 24/7 Anesthesia, OB Hospitalists, CNMs & Family Medicine
Epic EMR
Airfare, lodging & rental car covered
