Clinical operations are conducted on-site with support from a team of four residents, at least one midwife on the floor at all times, and three or more nurses per shift.

About the clinician's workday

Clinical responsibilities include managing obstetric and gynecologic cases during each designated call period, with a delivery volume of 200-300 births per month. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and clinicians must maintain on-site availability for all assigned cases throughout each coverage period.
