Average 2–4 patients per shift

Single provider coverage

Trauma Level IV

EMR: Athena / Medhost

Beds in department: 8

Skills Required

Low-risk pregnancy management, FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE), Amniocentesis, Routine & complicated deliveries, Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, Office/minor gynecology, Surgical gynecology

Requirements:

Board Certification: Required

License: Active Texas license only

Certifications: BLS, NRP

Credentialing: 30–45 days

Practice Setting

Inpatient

• Low risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, Amniocentesis, Routine delivery, Complicated delivery, Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, Office/minor gynecology, Surgical gynecology
