ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: JO# 2834531
• Location: Salem, OR
• Start date: May
• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend or transition to Perm
• Shift Details: 24hr shifts
• Schedule: 11-13 24hr shifts/month
• Support Staff: Midwives, 24hr in house Anesthesiologist.
• Patients per day: 2300 deliveries on average/year. Around 30-40/month for this OB group. Another 30-40/month for the midwifery group. 2 other provider groups that also work out of this facility.
• Patient Population/Age: Newborn-Adult
• Department Description: High volume of monthly deliveries. Will cover all labor and delivery. Should be comfortable to treat emergent cases as well as triage. Hospital has a level 3 NICU
• EMR: EPIC
• Special Procedures: C-sections and high-risk births. No GYN procedures. Strictly labor and delivery
• Required: Board Certified, Active OR license, DEA, NRP, ACLS, BLS
