LOCUM POSITION DETAILS #47061 South of Surf Pines, Oregon.

2 NEEDS

• 24-hr. 7am – 7 am with 3 hours gratis.
• Preference: 5-10 per month
• Possible: 2 providers
o OB only: Must be FP/OB
o Preference: NRP Certification to take pediatric and OBGYN call.
• Beeper Call. 24-hour shifts, 7am-7am.
• Inpatient.
• Beds: 25
• BLS, NRP
• EMR: EPIC
• PEDS Level I
• Average deliveries in the last 12 months: 104
• Procedures: Low/High risk pregnancy, FHR, Routine Delivery, Complex Delivery, Repair 3rd/4th degree lacerations.

HOSPITAL: Level 1 nursery, late term, and term deliveries only.
• Preference is an OBGYN who can deliver OB and GYN.

REQUIRED:
• OR state license; active, unrestricted.
• Board certified - OBGYN.
• Minimum 100 deliveries in the past 24 months
• DEA

COMPENSATION:
• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.
