ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: JO# 2603855
• Location: Claremore, OK
• Setting: Clinic + Call
• Target Start: October
• Length of commitment: 6-12 months with the option to extend
• Shifts: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
• Call: 1:4 rotation
o Back up our full time OB laborist (CNMs and 1 Family Med physician) – perform operative vaginal births, cesareans; assist with OB emergencies in person and by phone for consultation; rounding on postop patients; circumcisions. Take gyn ER call (very rarely called at all and less so called to come in).
• Deliveries: Typical volume is 30 births/month; 3-4 cesareans/month. Typically low risk
• Office Procedures: Typically spend 4 days a week in the clinic (hours 8-4 w lunch break). Seeing LARCs, LEEP, colpo, genital biopsies, general Gyno
• Surgical schedule: Surgical block on Monday and Tuesday.
• Support staff: 1 scheduler, 1 full time MSA screener, 2 clinic RNs (one is case management), 2 LPNs, women’s health NP, Laborist.
• Patients per day: 8-15
• Hospital bed size: 53 beds
• Requirements: Board Certified or Board eligible, DEA, BLS, NRP
• Travel, Lodging and malpractice covered
