Aya Locums is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN to support a well-established women's health program in Ohio. This ongoing opportunity offers a balanced mix of clinic, surgical, and optional call coverage while working alongside a supportive team in a busy community hospital setting.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: July 2026
• Schedule: 2–3 clinic days per week plus 1 gynecologic surgery day weekly
• Shift Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Optional Call:
• One 24-hour weekday call shift per week
• One 72-hour weekend call shift every four weeks
• Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 2–3 months
• Emergency Privileges Available

Work Details
• Specialty: Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Patient Volume: Approximately 22 clinic patients per day
• Annual Deliveries: Approximately 700 births per year
• Patient Population: Women ages 18–65+
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: Dedicated Medical Assistants
• Hospital Size: 326 Beds
• Anesthesia Coverage: In-house anesthesia available

Clinical Responsibilities
• Outpatient women's health clinic coverage
• Gynecologic surgical procedures
• Obstetrical care and deliveries
• Optional call coverage for labor and delivery services

Procedures & Skills
Providers should be comfortable practicing full-scope OB/GYN, including:
• Hysterectomies
• Hysteroscopies
• Laparotomies
• Salpingectomies
• VBAC management
• Comprehensive obstetrical and gynecologic care

Practice Setting
• Combination Clinic and Hospital-Based Practice
• Established Women's Health Program
• Collaborative Multidisciplinary Environment

Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Active Ohio License or IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ)
• DEA Required
• BLS Certification Required
• Minimum of 1 Year of OB/GYN Experience
