You trained for deliveries that matter and days that actually end. This community hospital gig gives you both—steady L&D, clean handoffs, and time to breathe.

Why OB/GYNs say yes
• Balanced pace: ~15–20 clinic visits/day, ~1–2 deliveries/day—busy enough to stay sharp, not chaotic
• Full-scope you’ll own: L&D (incl. high-risk), C-sections, bread-and-butter GYN (lap/MIS)
• Support that shows up: seasoned L&D nurses + midwife team, anesthesia on call, Epic EMR
• Predictable lifestyle: 1–2 weeks/month in blockable chunks; evenings/weekends only while on service
• Low friction: streamlined onboarding; local/drive-in strongly preferred

The nuts & bolts
• Start: flexible, ongoing coverage need
• Schedule: daytime clinic + 24-hr pager call during service week(s)
• Requirements: BC/BE, active state license & DEA, clean background
