TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified OB/GYN Physician to join an established women’s care practice in northeastern North Carolina. This opportunity offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care, strong clinical support, and the stability of a hospital-employed position within a growing physician-led healthcare system.

Employment Model: Hospital-employed
Schedule: 36 patient-contact hours + 4 administrative hours weekly
Call: Shared call rotation

Practice Environment
Established women’s care practice with 1 physician and 2 APPs
Approximately 300 deliveries annually
Outpatient and inpatient clinical responsibilities
Sonographer available in clinic Monday–Thursday
Full practice support from the health system
24/7 anesthesia and pediatric coverage
Hospital privileges at a 114-bed community hospital
Part of a growing physician-led healthcare system

Requirements
MD or DO
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Eligible for North Carolina licensure
Interest in community-based women’s health
