TENTATIVE START: 9/1/2024. Sept + Dec dates needed, possible ongoing into 2025. Specific dates TBD. 10-15 Call shifts needed per month.
BID DUE: 7/2/2024.

SHIFTS:
• 24-hr call (7a) switch.
• Weekends call (Fri-Mon).
• Clinic – Full days (9a-4:30 pm). 4:30 pm last patient / Half-day clinics either 9a-12p or 1p-5p.

RATES: hourly or daily; 24-hour call (to include 4 hours gratis); night call (to include 2.5 hours gratis); callback

DESCRIPTION:
• 10-20 clinic patients per day, less than 1 delivery/surgery per day.
• C-Sections/Emergencies/Call.
• EMR used: EPIC
• Support Team: 2 CNM and Women Health NPs.

SETTING: Clinic, L&D, Surgery

REQUIRED PROCEDURES: All standard gynecologic procedures in a clinic and hospital setting.
• Clinic – three ½ days – one full day. 20 total contact hours/week.
• Surgery – set day: Monday AM + Friday AM.

REQUIRED:
• State license; active, unrestricted.
• Board certified – OBGYN.
• Minimum 100 deliveries in the past 24 months
• DEA, BLS, NRP.
• Covid Vaccination – exceptions

COMPENSATION:
• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.
