Opportunity Overview

An established health system in Minnesota is seeking 1–2 OBGYN physicians to join their locums float pool and assist with coverage across several hospital sites. Shifts are scheduled monthly and can vary between 12-hour or 24-hour call, depending on need.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, dependable, and comfortable covering both high-acuity and low-volume settings. While floating coverage is preferred, single-site consideration will also be given.

Work Details

Shift Options: 12- or 24-hour call (in-house or hotel call, depending on site)

Schedule: Up to 8 shifts per month | Shifts released monthly

Volume & Acuity: Range from high-volume, high-acuity centers to lower-volume regional sites

EMR: Epic

Setting: Hospital

Skills Required: Proficient in C-sections, D&Cs, laparoscopic tubals, ectopics, and general OBGYN procedures

Requirements

Board Certification: BC/BE in OBGYN (clean malpractice record required)

License: Minnesota (licensing assistance available)

Credentialing: 60–90 days
