Job description

Aya Locums has an immediate opening in Saint Paul, MN for an OBGYN in-house call and beeper call coverage. This client is looking to add to their pool of OBGYN Physicians to help cover their 3 facilities. They are the largest hospital in the Twin Cities east metro area, and provides a full range of health care and is recognized nationally and locally for its expertise and care. They serve more than 200,000 patients and their families each year.


Specialty: OBGYN Inpatient and Call Coverage
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 months – 1 year
Shift Details: Call coverage
Work Details:
• Patients per day: Covering three facilities: One facility: high acuity, medium volume, 24 hour call shifts, in hospital coverage, Second facility: high acuity, 10 or 14 hour shifts, 9-11 deliveries, APP rounding services, Third facility: low volume, 1-2 deliveries/day, off site call coverage
• EMR: Epic
• Case/Procedure Experience: Skilled and competent with performing c-sections, D&Cs, laparoscopic tubals, ectopics, etc.
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
Board Certification: Must be BC/BE. Physicians must have clean record, no malpractice
License Required: MN
Certifications Required- BLS, ACLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 45-90 days
