Job description

Contract Length: 1 years (Flexible)
Shift Details: M-F 8-5
Schedule: M-F (Will consider partial coverage candidates)
Work Details:
• Support staff: APPs, midwives, MAs, front desk/admin assistants
• Amount of coverage needed per month: minimum 1 week, ideally looking for 2-4 weeks/mo. Ideally looking for 6mo -1 year commitment.
• Patients per day:20 patients/day
• Patient population/age: older adolescents, adults, low income, 60% medicaid

Clinical Details:
• EMR: Epic
• Full scope OBGYN procedures, consults, deliveries, laparoscopies, hysterectomies, C-sections, biopsies, general surgeries

Requirements:
• Board Certification: BE/BC
• State license required: Must be willing to apply for KY license?
• DEA: Yes
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
• Minimum experience required: 1 year experience required, 3-4 years of experience highly preferred. Experience working with low-income populations strongly preferred.

Travel Expenses Covered: Round trip flights, Rental Car, Hotel/Lodging
