Looking for 3-4 days a week of outpatient clinic. No call, no surgeries.
The facility also does hormone therapy and weight management, they are open to training physicians if they are interested!
15-20 patients per day on average
EMR: DigiChart
Must be board certified (MD/DO)
Must have IL CSR and license.
