Aya Locums is seeking an OB/GYN physician for a full-scope locum assignment beginning December or January in Jacksonville FL. This role offers 24-hour call shifts (with the option to work consecutive shifts), a strong collaborative care team, and a modern hospital environment with excellent support services.

Position Details:
Start Date: December or January
Schedule: 24-hour call shifts
Flexibility: Option to book multiple consecutive 24-hour shifts
Setting: Full-scope outpatient OB/GYN + gynecological surgery
Environment: Collaborative OB/CNM practice
Support Staff: LCSWs, lactation consultants, educators, specialists, CNM hospitalists
Tech: Innovative integrated platforms for efficiency
Education: Continuing medical education incorporated into program

Responsibilities:
Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology
Outpatient care + gynecological surgical opportunities
Back-up call for CNM hospitalists
Support coverage for vacations and extended leave
Patient-centered, shared decision-making care

Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
Minimum 1 year experience preferred
Active Florida license
Strong communication and collaborative skills
Comfortable working in an integrated OB/CNM model
