Southern California OB/GYN needed for Maternity Leave coverage

Job description

Our client in Southern California is seeking an experienced OB/GYN locum tenens physician to provide maternity leave coverage ASAP to April 1, 2025.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
No weekends or call

Responsibilities:
Provide a mix of obstetric and gynecologic care, including:
Endometrial Biopsies, Hysteroscopy and Polp Removals
FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE
OB Ultrasounds
Office/minor gynecology - IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.

Average daily patients: 23

Support staff:
8 OBGYN's, 2 RNs, 1 LVN, 9 MAs, 3 phlebotomists, 11 administrative staff, 2 supervisors, and 1 practice manager

Requirements:
Board Certification
Active California medical license
BLS

EMR System: Epic
