Job Title: Locum Tenens OBGYN – Alaska

Position Type: Locum Tenens – 1099

Start Date: October 29, 2025 (Orientation October 28)

Assignment Duration: Through at least January 12, 2026 (potential for up to 6 months)

Compensation

Hourly Pay Range: $150 – $170/hour

Call Back: $370/hour

24-Hour Call Rate: $3,500/day

Schedule

Clinic Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Call: 24-hour call shifts, typically 2–3 consecutive days with a clinic day in between

Call Requirement: ~7 days per month of 1st or 2nd call, including weekends

Call Details: 24-hour coverage for labor & delivery + ED, offsite response required within 30 minutes

Inpatient & Outpatient mix


Annual deliveries: ~150


EMR: Epic

Support

Always a 2nd OBGYN on call


Another full-time provider on site

Requirements

Board Certified in OBGYN

Active Alaska License required at time of submission (no willingness to license)

Full scope, general OBGYN (no routine scheduled surgeries; may assist if needed)

Comfortable with both inpatient & outpatient care

EPIC charting experience
