- Facility needs help due to a shortage of Physicians in the Area
- Comfortable housing and travel
- 1 - 2 weeks a month of Clinic + call
- Any active state licensure
- Near the Canadian border

- Must have board cert (AOA or ABOG)
- Must be able to produce case logs for deliveries in the past 12 months upon credentialing
