Women's Health coverage needed in Chicago!

Monday- Thursday 8-8 pm, Friday- 8-4 pm
30% no show rate
Average is 3-4 patients per hour, 15-30 minute appointments
Duties of the provider: IUD insertions/removals, birth control, well women's exams, prenatal care
Will accept a PT provider
Must have IL license
Must be Board Certified NP, PA, WHNP - does not accept CNM's
