Permanent Certified Nurse/Midwife in Findlay, Ohio.

Position Type: Permanent

Shift: Varied; Weekdays: two 8-hour clinic days and one 24-hour call day with OB Hospitalist support

Position Details:
Patient Population: Women in all stages of pregnancy, childbirth, and post-delivery; outpatient OB/GYN patients
Setting: Outpatient clinic and hospital-based support at two locations
Responsibilities: Provide medical care during pregnancy, childbirth, and post-delivery; see outpatient OB/GYN patients; diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses; counsel and educate patients; perform diagnostic tests and procedures; collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
Required Procedures: Perform diagnostic tests and procedures
Support Staff: OB Hospitalist support
Days Per Month: On-Call/Weekends: 1:4 weekend call rotation (Friday/Saturday)

Requirements:
Licensure and certification through American Midwifery Certification Board
OH license (or willing to obtain)
Minimum 2 years of CNM experience
Experience with perinatal education, diabetes management, and substance use considerations
