Cardiologist needed in Maryland

Job description

• Support staff: 3 other cardiologists
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-time with call rotation
• Patients per day: 16
• EMR: Office EMR is EClinicalWorks, Hospital is Cerner
• Hospital bed size: 220 beds
• Special procedures: echos and nuclear testing, not required but highly preferred

• Board Certification: required
• State license: MD
Monday-Friday with call rotation.

Clinic and hospital coverage – 8am – 5pm – Practice call one in every 4-5 days, and hospital call every 8th week.

On hospital call, will take phone calls at night for the hospital and ED (they do not need to come in), and will round during the day on admissions and respond to consults. Reduced office schedule on the weeks they are on hospital call.
