I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out because I am working with a large Academic hospital in San Diego, California in search of an experienced Nuclear Radiologist to provide coverage. Please see a few details below:

Specialty: Radiology- Nuclear Medicine
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Full time coverage needed. Call required
Work Details:
• Patient per day: 20-25 nuclear medicine studies per day. about 20-25 PET/CT
• Required procedures: Radiotherapeutic treatments (I-131, Xofigo, Lutathera, Y-90, Pluvicto)
• Consults: Consults- Cardiac stress testing, some lymphoscintigraphy
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
• Certification required: ABR with ABNM fellowship, ABR 16-month pathway for nuclear medicine, or ABNM only
• License required: CA license required
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
OT: 1.5 normal rate
OT: after 40 hours per week
Holiday: 1.5x normal rate - New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day [00:00 – 23:59].
