The facility utilizes Epic EMR for clinical documentation and maintains protocols to support continuous neurological and stroke care delivery. A V-Neuro service covers overnight hours, ensuring continuity of care across all shifts.

About the clinician's workday

The neurocritical care physician will provide inpatient coverage on a 7-on/7-off schedule, with day shifts running 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; V-Neuro provides coverage from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM each night. Clinical responsibilities include neurological consults and stroke management, with APP support available Monday through Friday and potential weekend overage. Clinical documentation is completed using the Epic EMR system. The ability to perform nerve conduction EMGs is considered an asset for this assignment.
