ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: JO# 2572526
• Setting: Outpatient Neurology
• Location: About and Hour outside of Indianapolis, IN
• Target Start: October
• Length of commitment: 6-12 months with the option to extend
• Work Schedule: Full time Mon-Fri (9a-5p) minimum of a 1-week block twice a month
• Shift times: 9a-5p, no weekends, no call
• Main Procedures: General Neuro no procedures, NO Botox, Neuro Hospitalist rounds of stroke cases.
• Will there be teaching responsibilities: Optional
• Trauma level of ED: Level 2
• EMR: Cerner
• Required: Board Certified, IN license (***Will License), BLS, ACLS
• Travel, Lodging and Malpractice covered

• Will License
• No weekends, No call
• Long term ongoing assignment
