Neurological Surgical April 26, 2018 (8a – orientation/epic training then call) April 27, 2018 (8a) – May 1, 2018 (8a) 24 hour call Must be Neurological Surgical Fellowship trained Must be Board Certified through the American Board of Neurological Surgery Active Pennsylvania State License is required Active PA DEA is required 24/7 neurosurgical trauma coverage needed Coverage includes Rounding on patients (approximately 10-12 inpatients daily) Responding to STAT/Trauma consults within 30 minutes & regular consults within 24 hours Number of new patient consults average 3-4 per day Type of charting – Epic Call is taken from hotel with a response time of 30 minutes
