Neurosurgery APP Needed in New Brunswick, NJ!

Specialty: Neurosurgery PA
Start Date: 90 days to credential from acceptance
Shift Details: Nights only
Amount of shifts: 6-10 shifts per month
Schedule: 6 pm-7:30 am Monday-Friday and weekend nights

Work Details:
• Support staff: There are 5 MD attendees as well as residents, which are easily accessible for the PAs.
• Patient population/age: varies.
• EMR: EPIC
• Skills required: OR skill is nice to have but this job does not require OR time so the emphasis should be on patient management of neurosurgical patient non-ICU setting.
• Practice Setting: Hospital

Requirements:
COVID-19 vaccine required (2 shots and booster) exemptions will be reviewed and guaranteed.
• Board Certification: Required
• License required: NJ.
• DEA, CDS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, BLS, Case logs
• Minimum experience required: At least 5-10 years of inpatient floor/consult neurosurgery experience 5-10 years of neurosurgery experience ideally.
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 -90 days
