Opportunity:
Advanced Practice Provider - Nephrology

Job Details:
• Provide comprehensive nephrology services with outpatient and dialysis responsibilities
• Perform rounding at multiple dialysis locations throughout the service area
• Conduct office follow-up visits and manage same-day/emergent add-on appointments
• Support physician efficiency and optimize patient flow in clinical operations
• Work in a collegial small-practice environment with collaborative team approach
• Nephrology experience strongly preferred for this position
• Access to modern facilities and resources in shared medical office building
