Neonatology Physician needed in Flagstaff, AZ! Willing to license!

Job description

Start Date: 6/12/25
Contract Length: ongoing
Shift Details: 24hrs on call (rounds in morning)
Schedule: 7on/7off
Work Details:
· Support Staff: nurses
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 1 week per month minimum
· Department Description: Level III-A NICU
· EMR: Cerner
· Hospital Bed size: 18 NICU beds

Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
· Board Certification: BC or BE in Neonatology
· License Required: AZ or IMLC preferred, ok to license
· DEA: required
· Certifications Preferred:
· Certifications Required: BLS, PALS
· Minimum Experience Required: 1+ year
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days

• 13 week with possibility of extending
• 24 hour on call
