Seeking a full-time, experienced NNP to join our expanding Neonatology practice in beautiful Hollywood, Florida dedicated to serving the needs of newborns and their families.

Job Description:

Our team provides Level III neonatology services. We are expanding to a team of 5 NNPs, 2 Pediatricians, PNPs, and 4 board-certified neonatologists from 4+ NNPs to 8+ NNPs to provide 24/7 coverage at both hospital locations.

The average census in NICU is 18-2045 post-partum roomsServices include HFOV, iNO, whole body cooling for Sign up or sign in for contact information our Pediatric Hospitalist Service, our team provides NBN coverage for >90% of all newborns born at the Forsyth location

New Women’s Center opened in 2017The average census in NICU is 13-15 (this has doubled since 2020).16 NICU rooms including a Transition Nursery in NICU24 post-partum roomsServices include HFOV, iNO, EEG. Whole body cooling at Forsyth onlyOur team provides NBN coverage for 100% of all deliveries at the Cherokee locationDedicated NICU pharmacy, nutritionists, PT/OT for development, speech therapy for feeds, and NICU milk prep at both sitesEasy access to pediatric sub-specialists such as cardiology, neurology (remote EEG), and ophthalmology, Peds radiology at both Sign up or sign in for contact information coverage is 24-hour shifts, 7-8 shifts per monthNNPs work at both sites for scheduling flexibilityNNP responsibilities will include NBN care in Newborn NurseryThis is a permanent, full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be Sign up or sign in for contact information accepting Locums candidatesNot accepting new graduate candidates - Current 2+ years of employment experience as NNP (not including RN experience) is required. Must be Board Certified Neonatal NP (cannot accept PAs, FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications).

Base Salary - USD $80,000 to $140,000
