NNP Needed in Coastal San Francisco

Job description

Specialty: Neonatology

Schedule: 3 x 12 Shifts; must be able to work Days/Nights/Weekends/Holidays

Length of Contract: 25 Weeks (Flexible)

Cases/Procedures: Caring for patients in the level IV intensive care nursery, including independent care of lower acuity patients, supervised care of high acuity patients, neonatal resuscitations, potential participation in the neonatal transport team

Board Certification: Yes, Neonatal

Certifications required: AHA BLS & NRP. If NP, must have NNP-BC. If PA, must have masters in PA studies or MMS. (Master’s degree must have been obtained as part of the PA educational program.)

Minimum experience required: 2 years minimum of recent/relevant experience in neonatal unit.

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 - 90 days
