Requirements
Board Certification REQUIRED (fellowship preferred)
State License(s): WA or IMLC
Years of Experience Req’d: Looking for providers with more experience in a similar environment as SCI. The site will only look at full time providers (20 shifts/4 weeks per month), will not look at any other availability.
More experience than 3 yrs. out of fellowship. Experience with GI cancer patients. A thorough and up to date working knowledge of cancers and cancer treatment options : Focused on GI / Lung Cancer
Technical skills / use of EPIC EMR systems

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days; Temp privs not available
