Dates needed - Clinic hours are 8 am - 4 pm
Schedule:
July 18, 19 clinic
July 20, 21 24 hour call
Aug 15,16 clinic
Aug 17,18 24 hour call
Sept 19,20 clinic
Sept 21,22 24 hour call
Oct 17,18 clinic
Oct 19,20 24 hour call
Nov 11,12,13,14,15 clinic
Nov 16,17 24 hour call
Dec 19,20 clinic
Dec 21,22 24 hour call

Work Details:
Looking to build the PRN pool of physicians
Support staff: 1 physician and 1 APP see patients in clinic and round in hospital. APP assists with patient care and answers questions regarding infusion etc.
EMR: Epic
Hospital bed size: 90

Practice Setting:
Hospital and Outpatient Infusion Clinic

Board Certification: Board Certified in Oncology
License required: Ohio license
Credentialing Timeframe: Emergency privileges available; 90+ day full credentialing
