Job description

• Support staff: office consists of 9 Attending Physicians, 5 APPs, 7 RN, 1 LPN, 1 Care Tech
• Coverage Type: scheduled hours
• Schedule Details: 8a-5p W-F

Work Details:
• Facility Type: Clinic/office - outpatient
• Practice Setting: lab and xray are on site
• EMR/Charting Software: Cerner/Powerchart

• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Board Certified. – can be in hem/onc or medical onc
• State License(s): willing to license

• Years of Experience Req’d: 2+

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days to 120 days

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• No on call
